Each menu is created with you, for your event. NJ constructs unique and varied menus for every dietary and flavour preference. Menus are formed with the seasons in mind and always made from organic produce.

3 Day Yoga Retreat

This menu is a sample menu only, prepared with love for a yoga retreat at Curraweena House, Kurrajong. 

Menus and pricing vary depending on individual retreat requirements. 

Day 1

Arrival Dinner

Creamy mushroom pasta with crispy garlic polenta

Day 2

Breakfast

Seasonal fruit & vegetable juice

NZ muesli (overnight oats with granny smith apple, walnuts, raisins, lemon juice & agave or honey

Tofu scramble, avocado, home-made pesto, sautéd seasonal veggies served with organic sourdough

Day 2

Dinner

Green mish bowls with brown rice, tofu, mushrooms, kale, pumpkin, edamame, avocado & seaweed salad

Day 3

Breakfast

Coco yoghurt, granola & seasonal fruit
